These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Belvora. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Belvora is a multi-modal AI video generation platform. You provide a text prompt and optional reference assets; we route the request to an AI provider (currently Seedance 2.0, Runway Gen-3, Luma Dream Machine) and deliver an MP4 output.
2. Account
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- One person per account. No shared accounts.
3. Credits & payment
- Belvora runs on a credit-based pricing model. 1 credit ≈ R$0.10 / $0.10 USD depending on purchase currency.
- New accounts receive 50 free credits on signup.
- Credits are non-refundable once spent on a successful generation.
- If a generation fails, credits are refunded automatically.
- Credits never expire while your account is active.
- We enforce a daily credit-spend cap per account (default 5000 credits/day) to prevent abuse. Contact us to raise it.
4. Content policy
You may NOT use Belvora to generate or upload:
- Sexual content involving minors (CSAM) — zero tolerance, account terminated.
- Content depicting real people without their explicit consent (deepfakes, impersonation).
- Hate speech, harassment, incitement to violence.
- Content designed to deceive (election misinformation, fake news).
- Content infringing third-party IP rights.
Our upstream AI providers (especially ByteDance/Seedance) enforce additional content policies. Generations may be rejected for "likeness of real people" or other partner validations. Credits are refunded when this happens.
5. Your content & IP
- You retain all rights to prompts and reference assets you upload.
- You retain all rights to generated outputs.
- By using Belvora you grant us a limited license to process your inputs strictly to deliver the generation.
- We do not train AI models on your content.
- Outputs are watermark-free; commercial use is permitted.
6. Prohibited use
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent rate limits.
- Resell credits or proxy access to Belvora as your own service.
- Use Belvora for activities that violate applicable law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination you may export your generations within 30 days. Unused credits are non-refundable except as required by law.
8. Disclaimers
Belvora is provided "as is". AI generation is non-deterministic; we don't guarantee any specific output. Service availability may fluctuate based on upstream providers.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the credits purchased in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in São Paulo, Brazil, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply.
